To add emoji within the body:

On Mac: right click and select "Emoji & Symbols" from the dropdown menu
On Windows: type Windows logo key + . (period). The emoji keyboard will appear.
To add a Gif:
Click insert image from top. Add the GIF and select it to insert.

Go to "Insert" > Video >
